The designers for this small kitchen in Sweden built a pull-out table in the middle of the existing drawers. Now, it's the perfect spot for an intimate dinner for two.

Tiffany from the blog Offbeat + Inspired didn't have space for a real dining room in her new apartment, so she added a wooden bar to one of her living room windows and chose bright yellow stools to accompany the cozy nook.
In this 86-square-foot Parisian apartment, the dining table is built into the cupboards. It can be pulled out completely from the closet system and moved around the apartment.
In this 325-square-foot New York City apartment, the pop-out walnut-topped table is actually built into a tricked-out Murphy bed. With shelves built around the bed space, this little corner is truly multipurpose — for sleeping, eating, and storing.
A smart solution for a small nook is placing a banquette in the space. It creates a cozy dining spot. In this Charlotte, North Carolina, house, Lindsey Coral Harper added a patterned banquette with a citron table to the kitchen. She also turned wire side tables from ABC Carpet & Home into stools.
