Usually homes that can count a President (in this case Franklin D. Roosevelt) as a former guest of honor are pricey pieces of real estate. The exception to the rule: this 1906 Neoclassical mansion in Butte, Montana, which is going for just $375,000. Considering the elegant details and ginormous square footage (6,054 to be exact), we're going to go out on a limb and say that's the deal of the century.

The circular front porch features stunning ionic columns, which sets a formal tone that carries through the entire home. Inside the entryway, you're greeted with a grand staircase and impressive stained glass windows. There are also several sitting rooms on the main floor for a cup of tea or glass of whisky after dinner as well as a Butlers pantry and library (because why not?).

When you're ready to retire for the night, you have a choice of seven bedrooms. (We're partial to the master suite, which has its own sitting room.) But the real beauty is in the details: ornate wood trim and original fixtures gives the home a romantic, authentic vibe.

Here's a closer look at this elaborate family home:

The breathtaking view from the third floor balcony got us thinking about the home's potential. While this estate would be lovely (and luxurious) for a single family, we also think it would be the most fabulous bed and breakfast ever. Any takers?
