Warning: If you're afraid of heights, you might want to look away. A South London apartment complex is building the first-ever Sky Pool, made of eight-inch-thick glass and suspended 10-stories above ground. At 90-feet-long it will bridge two apartment buildings together — that's certainly one way to travel to your neighbor's to borrow a cup of sugar.

"My vision for the Sky Pool stemmed from a desire to push the boundaries in the capability of construction and engineering," CEO of developer Ballymore Group,Sean Mulryan, told Home & Property. "The experience of the pool will be truly unique; it will feel like floating through the air in central London."

But, the question is, do we want to feel like floating through the air in central London? Take a look:

It's clearly an architectural feat, but how does the comfort of being able to touch the bottom of a pool change when the bottom is barely there? Construction on the complex is set to begin this summer and the building will be move-in ready by 2017, so we guess we'll have to wait until then to find out.
