Part of the appeal of HGTV's Property Brothers is definitely the eye candy (we could watch those tall, dark, handsome twins — err, we mean their cheery design choices — all day long), but it's undeniable that Jonathan and Drew Scott are also the ultimate renovation dream team. But unless you're willing to film the stressful experience of purchasing and remodeling a home (and likely a bit of extra drama, if you know reality television), the duo is unavailable — until a backdoor entrance like this appears.

One of their most recent makeovers from this past May is on the market in West Norwalk, Connecticut. If you missed the episode, they transformed a 1955 ranch home — which was boxy and cramped — into a modern, bright space with an open floor plan. The expected perks of an HGTV-renovated home are all there (brand new floors and windows, stainless steel appliances, pops of color), but the custom fireplace, outdoor entertaining space, and spacious layout are the real selling points.

Take a tour of the TV-approved home to see for yourself:

Someone is going to be lucky enough to get an HGTV-designed home without having to put up with a camera crew or awkward confessionals. Unfortunately for them, the only thing the listing doesn't come with are HGTV's most famous twin brothers. Sigh. You win some, you lose some.
